What benefits does ServiceLink offer its employees?

How often is performance reviewed?

ServiceLink believes in providing ongoing feedback to employees on how they are progressing towards their goals. Managers conduct recurring reviews with every employee to provide the guidance needed to ensure success in our organization.

I have a friend or family member who referred me to ServiceLink. Do I still have to apply?

We welcome employee referrals. In fact, employee referrals are our biggest source. All candidates, however, are required to complete an application. This ensures that every candidate is equally considered for employment. Be sure to indicate the name of the employee who referred you when you apply.

What position should I apply for? Will I be considered for other positions when applying for a specific position?

Our goal is to find the best fit for both candidates and the company. We may consider candidates for multiple or alternate positions when appropriate.

Am I required to complete any type of pre-employment screening?

All new employees are required to complete a background check and drug screening prior to on-boarding. Additionally, employment, education or other verification may be required as it relates to the position. This will be discussed at the time an offer is presented and cannot be completed without your consent. ServiceLink remains in legal compliance with all client, local and federal requirements.

How do I submit my resume to ServiceLink?

When you fill out your online application, you can also submit your resume, cover letter and any other relevant documents. Click on any department to see a brief description and a list of available positions. Click on a position you are interested in to be taken to the application screen.

How long does the application process take?

On average, it takes approximately 30 minutes to complete the online application. To expedite the process, you can upload your resume or LinkedIn profile to auto-fill the work history section. You can attach your resume in DOC, DOCX, RTF, PDF, TXT or HTML formats. Once you have created a profile, you can use the same login information to apply to new positions as they become available.

What happens to my resume after it is submitted?

Our recruiting team works closely with management to thoroughly review each application, ensuring the candidate’s qualifications and availability match the requirements of the position. If we determine there may be a fit, we will contact you to conduct a phone screen or face-to-face interview. We will email candidates who are not selected after the position has been filled.

How will I know if my online application was submitted successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation thanking you for your application.

How do I know if a job is still open?

Job postings are updated daily and remain on the Careers website until they are filled with the most qualified candidate.

What if I have forgotten my username or password or my Careers profile is locked?

You can use the email address associated with your profile to reset your password from the Careers page. If you are still unable to access your account, you can create a new one or contact 412-776-2500. or sl-taleosupport@servicelinkfnf.com for assistance.

I don’t have a computer. How can I apply for positions?

We encourage all interested candidates to apply online. You can complete an application on most mobile devices with an Internet connection, including smartphones and tablets. The application does not require sensitive information, such as a social security number or date of birth, so you can even complete the application on a public computer.

Does ServiceLink support community outreach programs?
